For requests for quotation using this form, we will quote the industrial style locker which has standard door louvers,
projecting style handle, 6" integral legs, and flat tops.  All lockers are quoted "KD," meaning that they ship
unassembled.  Pricing is F.O.B. Aurora, IL, Philadelphia, PA, or Los Angeles, CA, depending upon which location is
closest to you and available stocks at the time of your order.   Lockers are quoted as 3-wide units with "leftover"
1-wide units to complete your total, unless you specify differently.  For example, if you are requesting a quote for 40
2-tier lockers, the quote will be based on 6 cartons of 3-wide units and 2 cartons of 1-wide units (6 x 3 = 18 frames x
2 doors high = 36 openings; 2 x 1 = 2 frames x 2 doors high = 4 openings; total is 40 openings.)
